Siuu is a platform that allows you to discover places and interact with them through augmented reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We have drafted these terms of use (“Terms”) so that you know the rules applicable to the use of the Siuu application and our other associated products or services (collectively referred to as “Services”). Although we have simplified the legal language, these Terms form a binding contract between you and Siuu, the entity of the company AFROSPHINX CONSULTING SARL (“Siuu”), a Cameroonian company. Please read them carefully. To use the Services, you must accept these Terms, which will be presented to you when opening the application for the first time or in case of major modifications. If you do not accept, do not use the Services.

By using this application, you agree to comply with our End User License Agreement (EULA) and our terms of use. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users engaging in such activities may face account suspension or termination.

1. Who can use the services:

No person under the age of 12 is allowed to create an account or use the Services. You must also be old enough to consent to the processing of your information in your country. By using the Services, you declare that you can enter into a binding contract with Siuu, comply with these Terms, and adhere to all applicable laws.

2. Your account:

To use the Services, you must create an account by following the application’s steps. You must have an active email address or phone number. You need to choose a username when creating the account. Siuu uses geolocation with your prior consent for certain features. You authorize access to your address book to facilitate connection with your friends. Notifications are enabled by default, but you can customize them.

3. Rights we grant you :

Siuu grants you a personal license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code.

4. Privacy:

Your privacy is important. Check our privacy policy to understand the processing of your information.

5. Respecting the rights of others:

You must respect the rights of other users and Siuu. The Services must not be used in a way that violates the rights of others.

6. Security:

You agree not to use the Services illegally or in a way that could disrupt their proper functioning. You must protect your account and inform Siuu of any fraudulent use.

7. Advertising:

Siuu integrates Google Admob’s advertising platform. Users can enable tracking for targeted ads. Ad blockers are prohibited.

8. Third-party services:

If you use third-party services via our Services, the terms of each party govern that relationship.

9. Modification of services and termination:

Siuu may add, remove, or suspend features. You can terminate these Terms by deleting your account.

10. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify Siuu against any claims arising from your use of the Services.

11. Disclaimer:

The Services are provided “as is,” and Siuu does not guarantee their continuous availability. Siuu is not responsible for content created by users.

12. Limitation of liability:

Siuu and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect damages. Siuu’s overall liability will not exceed XAF 100,000 .

13. Dispute resolution:

In case of a problem, contact Siuu to resolve the issue.

14. Exclusive venue:

All disputes related to these Terms will be brought before the courts of Siuu’s legal domicile.

15. Choice of law:

Cameroonian laws govern these Terms.

16. Severability:

If a provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the others.

17. Final provisions:

– These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Siuu, replacing any prior agreement.

– These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

– Siuu’s failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.

– Siuu reserves all rights not expressly granted.

– No transfer of rights or obligations without consent.
